Mannahouse Christian Academy Eugene Campus
Our history is a testimony of God’s goodness over many decades. Mannahouse Christian Academy (MCA) began in 1974 with 101 students in grades K-12. Today, we have four locations providing Christian education and serving over 600 students throughout all our campuses in Portland, Vancouver and Eugene. Located at our beautiful 25-acre facility at Mannahouse Church (formerly Eugene Christian Fellowship).
Mannahouse Christian Academy is College Preparatory and Accredited. We provide the finest in academic excellence in a wholesome Christ-centered environment.
As a parent, we understand you only get one chance to raise your children. The early through teen years are among the most critical seasons in parenting. Not only are these the years a child prepares for their future academically, it’s also the time when foundational elements of their character and values are developed and personalized.
At MCA, we work alongside parents to help prepare children academically, spiritually, and inter-personally. We would like to extend an opportunity for you to explore the way in which MCA has been partnering with parents to raise up young people that are not only making an impact in our region, but in our world.

A message from our superintendent - Lynden Evans
The history of our school is a testimony of God’s goodness over the past 45 years. Mannahouse Christian Academy (MCA) began in 1974 with 101 students in grades K – 12. We were, and still are a ministry of the church, and have maintained this vital relationship throughout the past five decades. Today, we have three locations for Pre-Kindergarten – 12th grade Christian education, serving 600 students in the Portland Metro area.
In 1982, Mannahouse Church (known as Bible Temple at that time), planted a church in Eugene pastored by Frank Damazio, and later by Gary Clark. This small group of faithful Jesus followers grew into a large and thriving local church known as Eugene Christian Fellowship. This faith-filled group of believers had tremendous vision for their future, building a remarkable church campus that one day would serve the growth they were seeing as a community of faith, and also provide the opportunity for one day launching a christian school that could serve Eugene and the surrounding areas.
Then in 2019, Eugene Christian Fellowship, made the decision to go back to their roots and join Mannahouse as a local church campus. What’s amazing about this journey is that Mannahouse Eugene, which started as a church plant of Mannahouse in 1982, has now returned to where they started; and the original vision of Christian Education held by the earliest members of Eugene Christian Fellowship, is nearing fruition.
What a privilege it is to serve our Savior, and what an amazing story of God’s faithfulness to a local Eugene community church with mountain moving faith.
Superintendent Lynden Evans holds an Oregon K-12 Professional Administrator’s License, Master’s Degree in English Education, and teaching endorsements for a variety of core subjects for students in grades 6 – 12. Prior to serving Mannahouse as the Superintendent, Lynden worked as a public school administrator and program director. Additionally, he served as a nine-year Air Force veteran and spent 20 years in youth ministry.

Our Facilities
We are truly grateful the Lord has provided such an amazing facility for our church family and Christian school community to enjoy. Students attending MCA Eugene, will benefit from a variety of learning spaces, both inside and out. Classrooms are designed to optimize learning, while at the same time being warm and comfortable. Weekly chapel services gather in an inviting and multimedia friendly youthroom, utilizing the same audio visual resources used on Sunday and Wednesday ngihts for youth events.
The outdoor spaces allow students to enjoy God’s beautiful creation during their school day. Our gazebo and outdoor lunch area are wonderful spots to relax and fellowship with friends. Additionally the spacious gym, outside basketball courts, baseball fields, and soon to be football field, provide exciting opportunities for our students to compete in High School athletics.
