International Enrollment Process

How to Apply:

You can start our online process by clicking on the Apply for Mannahouse Christian Academy Here.

Step One: Application

  1. Create an online application account.
  2. Select the application for your student’s grade and campus.
  3. Fill out the application until you see Green check marks along the left side menu. If you see a Yellow Exclamation mark, there is required information you are missing.
    1. Teacher Recommendation is required. Please enter a teacher’s email address here.
  4. Review the application, submit and pay the application fee.
  5. Ensure all required documentation is submitted either in the application or by emailing (i.e. Grades, Immunizations, Recommendations)

Step Two: Enrollment

You’ll receive a note from us indicating you can proceed. This email will be sent to the email address you used to create the account. The email will contain directions on how to open a FACTS Family Portal account and complete the enrollment process.

  1. Go to > Parent Log In > FACTS Family Portal
  2. Create New Family Portal Account
  3. District Code is CTY-OR
  4. Select a Username and Password (you can enter the same one from the Application, or create a
    new one).
  5. Sign in and Select Apply/Enroll from the left side menu and follow links to Start Enrollment Packet.
  6. Complete all forms within the packet: review and confirm the student, and family’s information, select your FACTS tuition payment plan and sign your contract. Review, sign and submit the packet.
